How To Use : Massage the penis using a technique known as jelqing

Jelqing Technique (Jelq method)
Before starting, warm the penis slightly to stimulate blood circulation. The purpose of these penile exercises is to expand the Corpora Cavernosa tissue. Starting without warming up first can easily cause injury, strains, or sprains. Warm up by wrapping a warm towel around the penis and scrotum before and after every exercise session.

Step 1
After warming up, apply a suitable amount of MenGel (about the size of a 1-baht coin) to your penis.
Step 2
Form a ring with your thumb and index finger and grip near the tip of the penis. Hold securely, but not too tightly or loosely, keeping the penis approximately 60-80% erect.
Step 3
Begin massaging at the base of your penis. Squeeze the shaft fairly firmly to push the blood inside, then slowly slide your hand from the base to the tip.
Step 4
After stroking from the base to the tip, use your other hand to start again from the base, as before. As you stroke, you should feel the blood pooled inside the shaft moving along with the motion. Continue massaging until the MenGel is fully absorbed.
Step 5
The spongy tissue inside the shaft stretches and expands as blood pools within it. Use both hands to stroke continuously, alternating between hands. Remember to apply lubricant.
Step 6
Use both hands to stroke from the base to the tip, continuously alternating between hands as shown.
Step 7
Keep the penis pointing downward while stroking.
Step 8
After stroking all the way to the tip, use your other hand to grasp the base of the shaft.
Step 9
Alternate between both hands and massage for a while, alternating with the first stroking technique.
Step 10
For beginners, do this for 10-30 minutes per session each day.
